Have you ever heard the term ‘Dr Google’? This term is used to describe the growing trend of people typing their symptoms into Google to try and diagnose themselves. More than ever before, people are seeking health solutions online.
In fact, health related queries are the 2nd most searched for topic on Google.
Is your health service ready to respond to your potential patients typing queries online? Will they find your service? If so, will they find the information they need? Are your reception staff trained to answer their questions? Will the experience be a positive one? These questions matter.

We are passionate about connecting people with the health care they need. Our clients are doctors and allied health care professionals.
